This chart shows the managerial structure of the Proprinter development team. The program manager, marketing manager, and finance manager all reported directly to Charley Rogers, the product manager. The heads of manufacturing, design, and automation all reported to the program manager. The multifunctional teams were made up of people from manufacturing, design, and automation. Each multifunctional team concentrated on a different part of the Proprinter.
