Multifunctional Teams

Right Left
A multifunctional team consists of a group of people from different disciplines working closely together to develop a product. Problems tend to be solved faster when parties are regularly in face to face contact. Different types of engineers also learn to appreciate and understand the problems of their teammates. By working together, a sense of teamwork developed and helped the group reach its ultimate goals. Many multifunctional teams were set up to design various parts of the IBM Proprinter.
